An experienced sales representative
Jarosław is a very experienced employee. He has been working in the industry for over 20 years. He brought many clients with him from another company and maintained a good relationship with them from the beginning of his work.
NEEDS
The user expects a simple system and a clear interface. He has many things in his head already, but there are problems with remembering various elements.
GOALS
Jarosław wants to start acquiring more new customers. The old ones already have great confidence in him and he wants to develop
FRUSTRATIONS
He doesn't like to waste time organizing documents. He does not like to look for information about orders for a long time
FEARS
He is afraid that he will not be able to cope with the new technology
DEVICES/TOOLS

PIOTR. age 29
A plumber in a small company
The company piotra employs 11 people. The company deals with the repair of installations as well as assembly and renovation. He has been working in the company since studies. She likes her job very much, although it is physically hard at times. He has extensive technical knowledge and copes with unusual problems.
NEEDS
Quick access to products. Short lead times. Easy access to product manuals and quick complaint handling
GOALS
Customer satisfaction. His work is based, among other things, on customer recommendations. Piotr expects that he will always find what he needs.
FRUSTRATIONS
Piotr doesn't like when he can't find what he needs. He is irritated by vague descriptions and the need to do a long search for information.
FEARS
Piotr is concerned that the quality of the products offered to customers will not be as expected. He fears situations beyond his control. In the event of a long complaint, the customer's frustration falls on him, instead of the manufacturer.
DEVICES/TOOLS

ZBIGNIEW age 44
Experienced owner of a construction company
Zbigniew has been building small estates for a dozen or so years. Employs over 100 people. He has completed several dozen house and estate designs. He often works with suppliers and orders a lot of goods. His contracts with contractors are often negotiated for a very long time.
NEEDS
Zbigniew expects from the contractor price flexibility, quick delivery and quick response to problems that occur quite often.
GOALS
Zbigniew's goal is valuable and long-term contracts with the best possible terms. He wants his recipients and clients to be satisfied with the quality of his projects
FRUSTRATIONS
Zbigniew does not like unclear contracts and illegible arrangements. He does not like when someone is late with an order and does not inform about the situation.
FEARS
Zbigniew is afraid that the unstable situation on the market will severely disrupt its activities. He is afraid that the crisis will cause the demand for his houses to fall very sharply
